Made in the Boro: Dia’s Clubhouse Greek Dressing
Statesboro’s multi-faceted resident, Darin Van Tassell is a professor, coach, businessman, and President of the Statesboro Convention and Visitors Bureau. Now, you can add foodie entrepreneur as Van Tassell embarks on his latest venture, making and bottling Dia’s Clubhouse Greek Dressing and Marinade.
The product’s new, dynamic website, DiasClubhouseGreek.com, launched this week. The website showcases recipes using the dressing and marinade, tells the product’s history, and later this fall will allow customers to buy the product online.
“The dressing is so delicious we wanted to make it available not only to our customers at Spikes, but to everyone we could,” said Van Tassell. “With our marketing team, Joselove-Filson Advertising, we have created a beautiful and user friendly site, making Dia’s available for all to enjoy.”
Dia’s is currently available for purchase at The Clubhouse, the Statesboro Farmers Market, and is featured on the menu at Spikes Sports Grill and Bar. For recipes and more product information, visit DiasClubhouseGreek.com.
In addition to bottling and distributing Dia’s Clubhouse Greek Dressing and Marinade, Darin Van Tassell and his wife, Netra, own The Clubhouse – a 38 acre sports and entertainment complex featuring a 42,000 square foot indoor facility. With abundant activities for all, The Clubhouse is also home to the recently remodeled and expanded Spikes Sports Grill and Bar and the new Coca-Cola 125 Raceway. The Clubhouse has space for meetings, parties and other special events. For more information, visit ClubhouseStatesboro.com.
